For help with web site navigation, electronic mail processing, viewing "Electronic Reply" letters, print and forward letters, money orders and Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT), please see the instructions or use the email support form here and select 'General Support' as the subject from the drop down menu.

Though email is the preferred form of communication, if need be you can call us during normal business hours (8am - 4pm MST, Monday thru Friday) from any where in the U.S.A. Toll Free at 1-866-376-7717 or 208-376-7717 (outside the U.S.A. standard rates apply). Messages left after hours or on weekends will be promptly responded to on the next business day.

This website is for the support of Securus Electronic Mail (4inmates.com). For help with Securus Instant Mail (billed as GreenLight or Correctional Billing Services) or inmate phone calls, please call Securus Customer Care at 1-800-844-6591.

Account Refunds

If you would like to request a refund of any or all of your current account balance for any reason, please use the email support form here to request the refund. Please select 'Request Refund' as the subject of your email from the drop down selection, and indicate the amount you wish to have refunded. Please note that there is a standard $5.00 refund processing fee which will be charged at the time your refund is issued. Refunds will be returned in the same way as the deposits were initially made; if via credit card, your account will be credited; if via debit card, funds will be transferred back into your account, etc. You will not be issued a check or sent cash.

Account Credits

If you feel you have been charged unjustly for any service provided by our website, please use the email support form here and select 'Account Credit' from the drop-down and explain what happened and why you believe you deserve a credit back to your account. For our general credit policies, see here . Each case will be judged independently and you will be notified of any credit to be issued to your account, or provided information on why your request was denied.

Account Closure

If the time has come that you feel you no longer wish to use our services, you may request a closure of your account and a refund of your remaining account balance. To request that your account be closed, click here for the email support form and select 'Close Account' from the dropdown menu as the subject of your email. If your account balance exceeds the standard $5.00 refund processing fee refunds will be returned in the same way as the deposits were initially made; if via credit card, your account will be credited; if via debit card, funds will be transferred back into your account, etc. You will not be issued a check or sent cash. If you have less than $5.00 in your account, your account will simply be closed. If your needs change, your account can be reactivated by clicking here.
